Do you want to know how to boost your immune system with your very own resources?
Here comes a non-invasive approach: use the best simple techniques in this fun-filled workshop.
Dr. med. Claudia Schmiemann and Thorsten Gooss from the Holistic Health Centre in Lunenburg will introduce you to the magic of breathing by teaching you several Qi Gong practices. Moreover, you will learn a lot of simple and effective interventions you can do on your own daily to support your health and immune system.
We talk about which food contributes to our well-being and which effect water and water quality have on our health. We will meet two Orishas (two facets of our personality): Xango and Oshun, to connect with different parts of ourselves and work with them.
One of the best-known spiritual teachers of our times, Tich Na Than, recently passed away. From his practices, we learn about the importance of our mindset and its support for our health.

River Ridge Lodge is delighted to collaborate with Debbie Gaudet from Prana Brain Wellness and Katharina Reed from Katharina Reed-Unsticking from Story to explore the process of healing your brain and heart.
After the presentation, there will be the opportunity to book sessions with Debbie and Katharina to experience Neurofeedback and the Unsticking from Story process. Please bring earbuds for Neurofeedback sessions. These sessions are included in the registration fee.
Debbie is a Neurofeedback practitioner. Neurofeedback is a cutting-edge brain training tool that allows the brain to become aware of being stuck in thoughts and patterns that may no longer serve it. These thoughts and patterns may prevent you from experiencing your full potential, health and well-being. It is a safe, natural and non-invasive approach that creates flexibility and resiliency, freeing the brain to function in the way it knows best. It encourages personal transformation from the inside out, allowing your brain to reorganize, adapt, and rewire - supporting the brain and heart's alignment.
Katharina guides women to explore stories that have been handed down through the generations and impact women in everyday life. These stories are so deeply ingrained that women are often not conscious of them. One of the most common stories women live out is trying to prove they are enough—that they are worthy. This story of "not enough" can be better understood by exploring the patriarchal success path and how it keeps women stuck. Unsticking allows you to experience greater consciousness levels supporting equality, health and well-being at all three levels; body, mind and spirit.
