It really helps our daily live greatly if we know approximate when you will arrive, please let us know your approximate check-in time.

We want you to enjoy yourself and know that when travelling it's often hard to stick to a schedule, however, a quick email, phone call or text to 1-778-887-7444 is very much appreciate if your plans change or you can’t make it approximate at the agreed time frame.

Early and late check-ins

If you are unable to arrive during our standard check-in time, please be sure to contact us by phone, text or email ahead of time so that we can make other arrangements.  We will do our best to accommodate early check-ins; however, we may not always be able to do so. For very late check-ins we should be able to arrange for self-check-in, if necessary, however, we will try to welcome you in person and make sure you have everything you need during your stay. If we don’t know that you will be arriving before or after 4pm-6pm, you might me arriving to an empty house since we do NOT have a 24-hour front desk.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations are non-refundable 14 days before arrival.

When you reserve a room or rooms we agree to turn away all other requests for the room(s) you reserved, guaranteeing to hold them for the day(s) you requested. We want our policy to be fair for our guests, yet also need to prevent loss of income to our B&B by cancellations. We cannot be responsible for travel delays, health issues, inclement weather or early departures. 

Due to our limited number of rooms, cancellations affect us greatly, so when situations arise that necessitate a cancellation, we sympathize, however, we adhere strictly to our cancellation policy.  


Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Please enjoy on the front porch if no other guests are bothered and the windows towards the porch are closed. Otherwise please step away from the building. Please use provided receptacles.  A $250 cleaning fee will be assessed should a guest choose to smoke indoors. 


There is ample free parking available at the lodge.  


We adore (most) animals and there are a dog and a cat on site in the owner’s quarters; however, to ensure the comfort of all our guests and to be able to accommodate guests with allergies, we are unable to accommodate guests' pets.  We will happily work with you to make arrangements for your pet at a local boarding facility.


Baggage can be left with us at no cost, should you room not be ready yet or you would like to enjoy the property/area after 11am.

No open flames or candles in the guest rooms please

To assure all our guests have pleasant and peaceful stay, no unregistered overnight visitors please

Unfortunately, we are not wheelchair accessible. Access to all bedrooms/suites requires at least some stairs.

We usually serve breakfast at 8:30am but ask us about a possible earlier or later time and we will try to accommodate. Please specify any food allergies latest on arrival but preferably at the time of booking.
